AECA/T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® ARKANSAS is expanding and we are looking for a scholarship counselor for our program.  This person will be responsible for processing and maintaining all scholarship paperwork on recipients, as well as providing guidance on issues such as work-life-school balance, course selections and individual course requirements.  The Counseling Specialist will serve as a liaison between the program and participating colleges and employer-sponsors.

We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related area) and at least three years of experience in the early childhood field.  Knowledge of degree programs and current involvement in statewide early childhood activities is a plus.
