AECA had a great time at the SECA conference in Atlanta this past weekend.

Amongst these photos there is a special one of Woodie Sue Herlein accepting the Rich Schofield scholarship award. Created in 2005 by the SECA Board of Directors in memory of Rich Scofield, a SECA member from Tennessee, who contributed significantly to the Association during his life. Rich was the creator of School-Age Notes and focused his attention on the school-age population, particularly before and after school programs.

Woodie Sue is a long-time AECA member who serves as the Out of School Time Program Coordinator for A-State Childhood Services. No one works harder for school-age programs or is more deserving of this award than Woodie Sue!

If you were there, we would love to see your pictures and hear your stories.
