The board of directors of the Arkansas Early Childhood Association (AECA) is taking applications for the AECA Executive Director/Arkansas TEACH manager and an administrative assistant/bookkeeper position. The AECA board wants to be consistent and transparent in its hiring process. Paul Lazenby is currently serving as Interim TEACH manager and will be considered for the permanent TEACH manager. The board feels that, to be fair to the membership, we would not be doing our due diligence without opening up these positions.
