AECA invites you to join us in celebrating two of our T.E.A.C.H. graduates – Bri Cessor and Michell Ligon 🥳️
Michell was appointed Director of Lonoke First United Methodist Church Childcare Center in November 2022. She has been with the center since 2015 and has a passion for early childhood education. After finishing her associate degree in early childhood education from ASU-Beebe, she will be continuing her education at Arkansas Tech University to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Michell says: “Being promoted to the Director position at my center was possible because of the T.E.A.C.H. program. I cannot wait to start my new journey in the Bachelor Program. Thank you for providing early childhood educators with this wonderful opportunity.”
Bri Cessor was appointed Assistant Director of Lonoke First United Methodist Church Childcare Center in January 2023. She has been with the center since 2015 and is currently studying early childhood education at ASU-Beebe. She is on track to graduate with her associate degree in early childhood education this fall term.Bri says: “Without the T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship, this would not be possible!”
