My positive experience with teamwork out of 25 years of service includes a variety of experiences. It’s hard to name just one. Every experience I can think of were times that situations seemed hard on the community for example 9/11. Our staff pulled together to show empathy towards families who were scared. There have been other situations along the way as well but one I think I can distinctly remember was a couple of years when a family in our community had a house fire. We didn’t even have the children in our center. However our staff rallied together and brought in clothes, food, toys etc for a family we had never even seen. So from what I have personally experienced with teamwork is to show empathy and selflessness together for the greater good.
