😔 We know that many of us have had the unfortunate opportunity to visit with friends and neighbors that just don’t understand what we do in early childhood education.
📢 AECA is committed to educating our fellow Arkansans on the importance of ECE to children, families, and our communities. We believe there are no better spokespersons than our members.
💙 We are continuing our advocacy efforts by sharing stories of inspiring educators all across the state. Today’s story is about Center Director/Owner, Johnnie Bridges. Here is the story that was submitted on our website to share with you all:
When most of ECE has been in a staffing crisis during the pandemic, Johnnie has been a long time support of her team and has shored them up during these challenging times – without ANY loss in personnel and no closures due to health concerns! She is an exceptional leader and a model for many.
⭐️ Show your appreciation for Johnnie in the comments and share this post to amplify this inspiring story about our profession!
