π We know that many of us have had the unfortunate opportunity to visit with friends and neighbors that just donβt understand what we do in early childhood education.
π’ AECA is committed to educating our fellow Arkansans on the importance of ECE to children, families, and our communities. We believe there are no better spokespersons than our members.
π We are continuing our advocacy efforts by sharing stories of inspiring educators all across the state. Today’s story is about Center Director/Owner, Johnnie Bridges. Here is the story that was submitted on our website to share with you all:
When most of ECE has been in a staffing crisis during the pandemic, Johnnie has been a long time support of her team and has shored them up during these challenging times – without ANY loss in personnel and no closures due to health concerns! She is an exceptional leader and a model for many.
βοΈ Show your appreciation for Johnnie in the comments and share this post to amplify this inspiring story about our profession!
