Last month we launched our Let Your Heart Be Heard Campaign. Thank you to everyone who already sent in some hearts for our state leaders. We are excited for them to hear your message!

We know that February 14th is a big day in many of our programs so we have designed a way for your program to be represented at Kids Count Day at the Capitol using social media! We have created an event hashtag so that we may have your collection of digital Valentine Hearts and messages to share with our state leaders.

We have also been invited to use #investinkids as this hashtag is part of the National “Have a Heart” campaign hosted by Save the Children US. Our heart projects are similar; however, Save the Childrens’ Have a Heart campaign will reach our National leaders in Washington, D.C. To learn more about the Have a Heart campaign, visit their website here.

The following are ways you can represent your children and families through your social media outlet using the following event hashtags: #eceworkforce #arlegvalentines #ARKidsCount

️Ideas for Social Media:

  • Download our template: bit.ly/aecaheart
  • Photograph children creating and/or displaying Valentines
  • Create a video Valentine’s message from the children as they hold their Valentine hearts
  • Create a photo or video of children with their families displaying their Valentine hearts, perhaps with a personal message

Share your photos with us by emailing communications@arkansasearlychildhood.org (please make sure you have family permission before sharing photos of children)

Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for your advocacy and for your voice in “Letting Your Hearts Be Heard”.
