T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® ARKANSAS is currently recruiting for a Scholarship Counselor for the North Central and Northeast counties in Arkansas.   The scholarship counselor is responsible for providing ongoing support and counseling to scholars receiving T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood scholarships.  The counselor will make regular contacts with all scholars in their caseload on a monthly basis and maintain the scholar’s record in our database.  Scholarship counselors conduct welcome phone calls with all new scholars and process scheduling paperwork each semester to ensure scholars’ tuition and fees are paid for by T.E.A.C.H.  The counselor will also serve as support to the sponsors who employ scholars and answer any questions they may have about administering the scholarship in their child care programs.  Scholars are also responsible for recruiting and will attend most major state conferences and events to promote T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood across the state in all counties.  The position will be based in Cabot, AR or Lonoke Co.
