Hey, y ‘all. I just wanted to take a minute to really let you know what a tremendous honor it has been to serve you as your Arkansas Early Childhood Association president for the past two years. While I’m sad to be stepping down as your president, I’m super excited to be transferring the leadership over to Julie Yarberry, who’s going to do an amazing job continuing to lead this fantastic and absolutely amazing organization. And I’m also going to continue to serve the association as the public policy chair, so I’m not leaving completely, so you can always continue to find me if you need to do so.

I do really just want to express gratitude for all the love, support, and encouragement that you’ve given me over the past two years. It’s been an incredible ride. It’s been a really amazing challenge. I’ve learned so much, and I’ve really been stretched in a lot of ways, but in a lot of really good ways, and I’ve learned a lot about myself and a lot about you and how you need to be represented, and I hope that I’ve done that well.

Again, thank you so much for all the love, encouragement, and support, and I want you to know that I’ve felt it all, and I’ve appreciated every kind word and every thought and prayer. And I’ll see you again soon.
