AECA-TEACH Early Childhood® ARKANSAS is seeking a full‑time Apprenticeship Coordinator / Counselor to help lead our statewide Early Educator Apprenticeship Program and support early childhood professionals across Arkansas. This role blends program coordination, partnership development, mentor oversight, and direct scholarship counseling for apprentice scholars. This position could be suitable for an experienced early childhood professional who has a track record of successful remote work, enjoys systems‑level work and relationship‑building while staying connected to educators’ success.

- Salary: $48,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

- Home office/Remote (some evenings/weekends and travel required)
🔹 Status
- This is a full‑time, grant‑funded position.
